Actually, FXTM is the best company I traded with.
I traded with 5 brokers before, but FULL SATISFACTION is only with FXTM.
Thank you very much for accurate executions of trades, accurate doing suspended orders, excellent metatrader with no sudden stoppage and no common error, accurate candelsticks with no fake slippages. On the other hand, the live chat is the best I have ever seen, fast and supportive.

Don't believe their "BONUS" trick. Because that is all it is, a TRICK to make you deposit money. Then they take the bonus back.
Stay away. They give you a 30% "BONUS" when you deposit money, only to take it away again if you do not trade enough according to them. Then its not a "BONUS", its a bloody loan and nothing else.

I am very dissappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. They are only in this for themselves but will make you believe they are the best out there. I think they are the worst.

Scam broker, manipulation broker, pure market maker, if u take their leverage after u gain they will reduce the leverage when prices are in the then u will not be able to trade

bad experience unqualified staff
as a client enters in profit, they start sending URGENT COMMUNICATIONS that they do not have a suitable ID doc of the client, since they were claiming they could not see my personal code (they had my passport copy which is in a VERY GOOD condition where the personal code was present ). in the same e-mails they were urging to reply asap or in any case within the next 24h with the appropriate doc, or otherwise they would have closed my account! Few days later I closed my account by myself. this did not look reliable.

FXTM is a transparent and honest broker and their front desk and chat are good
I have been with FXTM since inception. They are good and live up to their responsibility as efficient brokers. But for security measures, withdrawals would have been as fast as deposits in time. FXTM takes the success of their clients seriously as it is exemplified by organizing webinars and seminars regularly. Infact, each time I miss or fail to link up with their webinar, I simply login to myFXTM backend, get the YouTube version of it, download and reap the benefit. Surprisingly FXTM notified me of becoming one of their strategy traders perhaps after following my trading results for sometime. They say that their success is hinged on the success of their clients. Their education department must be spending a lot by sending their professionals across the continents to train new and old traders on trading strategies.

I am not satisfied about FXTM
I am not satisfied about FXTM. Last week I had a critical low Margin Level around 1000% Sure I go to the website of FXTM, login and see that I can not deposit some money by Master Card. This is a terrible situation. The Chat is not working at all. It is absolutely not acceptable for broker company. What should traders do in that situation? It is very easy to lose all money from account.
About floating spread I know and understand the spread can be high for some time, 1-2 hours. But when spread is more than 2-3 months and still high, it looks like a scam from FXTM.
I am not satisfied about FXTM and I do not recommend it for traders.

Dec 27, 2018 - 1 StarBe aware. Spreads are very high and not acceptable. At website of FXTM the regular spread of EURGBP is 30 but really they do it 54 and more during 2 weeks then in any time. So your EA will not work properly. Regular spread with another Broker is 15-20 but not 54-56
I complained to Regulator but no success. I will leave that broker and would not recommend anyone to work with FXTM. It's a scam.

How to move forward, and start with bigger amounts with trust
I am relatively new client, so far am happy with their support, spreads are so and so , depends as they are floating, but for my level (new trader, no profit so far) am mostly concerned on the withdrawals . I have deposited the min and my withdrawal was a bit delayed with CC but successful at the end. was actually on chat all day, till i trust them. Am thinking on my next move though. Anyone funded bigger amounts? or other methods. could you give me some tips if any traders out there?

They just hunt your stop-loss especially when you are not looking. If you have to use them, close your trade once its 20:00GMT or its equivalent in yo
I do not have any problem with this broker other than a few key issues. First offs, they hunt stoploss once it's 22:00GMT. They will widen their stop loss and make it flunctuate so much so that if you were not prepared, it will mess around and hit your stop-loss and to them its fair game. They might warn you of volatility but consider that as an early warning that they are going to make money off of most of their traders. I have video evidence to prove this. You see, I had opened another account with another broker (I reserve the name) and I looked at them side by side when I was investigating this thieving book markers called brokers then I noticed that there was no volatility with the other broker and then I looked at their spreads, whooping 38 pips and then in a split second it climbed to 79 and then upwards, well of course, it hit my stop-loss and I lost that trade (it was losing anyways). I just want to warn anyone out there about this broker. They are crafty, very crafty.

Initial impressions and thoughts
Been a client for around 2 weeks now.

-Callback from agents is very good and timely.

-Their investment programs to invest or become an Investment Manager seems like a great idea. Time will tell if it's another scam that projects good returns, more people invest and then folks don't get their investment & returns back.
(at least funds 'seem' to go into an individual account, not a group account)

-On the investment performance side of the house, treat the performance curves with some caution. If you do look at the individual pages and numbers, for some of the stellar performers, things do not quite add up (last time I saw this, it was with a scam from Dubai, where at times trades were supposedly executed at prices where other platforms did not even go near them.)

- I have withdrawn funds (less than invested) and return to my CC was quite prompt.

- for GBP crosses and some other common 'minor crosses' spreads are huge (4-15 pips), those needs to be fixed.

- I find it unsettling that most of the reviews are only from the last 6 months (WEF Feb 19) for a company that's supposedly around since 2012 or so. And not many from different parts of the globe...

So overall, it's difficult to shake some of the bad feelings that unfortunately come up in the FX world when there are few inconsistencies.

These guys are working very well in my opinion.
FXTM Nigeria is a good Forex broker, and i'm writing because of the ease of withdrawals. My first withdrawal was delayed, because i was trying to withdraw through a direct local bank transfer instead of through my CC through which i made my first deposit, but after the issue was resolved, all my withdrawal was processed that same day. Personally i don't have issues with them. They're okay for me. Thanks

Withdrawal in USD and not the previous NGN currency
Hello, I have submitted a withdrawal request in USD for about 2weeks without any credit to my account. I visited the Ikeja office only to be told that it's because my previous withdrawal was in NGN and the present withdrawal being in a different currency (USD) requires stages of approvals.

This situation is rather unfriendly to my circumstance. I please need an immediate resolution to my withdrawal request.

FXTM Is Quite Good
From my experience with this broker, I've come to these deductions:

1.) Fxtm Nigeria processes withdrawals same day (if not in few minutes)
2.) Never had connection issues
3.) Local deposit in Nigeria was processed quickly
4.) Their call-me-back service is second to none. I've never experienced a better call back service in Nigeria.
5.) Their customer service reps seem to understand fxtm products, and discuss with customers, unlike other brokers whose live reps sound like robots (they only copy and paste whatever their management must have designed, irrespective of the question)

My trading account is 2048045, and this review is as honest as I can tell.

Scam! Scam! Scam!
I recently opened an account with FXTM. Everything seemed to be smoothly running from the beginning. This got messed up today when I placed a buy order at 1.27819. The market did not reach that point according to their chart and other charts from different brokers but my trading history shows that the order had been executed on that level at 10:30 South African Time. I had lost all my money due to FXTM executing an order for me on the level I didn't request

Dear FPA members,

Recently I opened account with FXTM. I was contacted by the ASM on my cell phone to deposit via local transfer (an option provided by FXTM). When I emailed my ASM regarding details of local transfer he called me and said not to ask about local transfer details on email and rather contact him on Skype. It is suspicious for many reasons.
1. Why wouldn't he give the details on email?
2. Once amount is transferred to someone you don't know is risky practice.

Further, on live chat when I inquired them about my account details whether it is tagged under FCA regulation so the answer was "only residents of UK are covered under FCA regulations".

I will rather be cautious and advise others to perform all the due diligence before giving your hard earned money to someone.

4th day Live in FXTM - 2/5
Short Version:

Pro:
1. Strategy manager system
2. I am from Malaysia. Compared to many other brokers, FXTM does offer easier deposit, and I hope easier withdrawal in future.

Cons:
1. Very inattentive customer service.
2. MASSIVE spread
3. In fact con#1 makes me post my review for the first time in FPA as I find it very hard to get their reply.

I have been trading with another broker for a few years, I can recall only 1 significant issue through these years, in which they fixed within half an hour. Have I not tried FXTM now, I would not know why my other broker is the leading broker in the industry.

What catches my attention is the copy trade system from FXTM and I would like to try it out as strategy manager. But all these issue that I faced highly discouraged me to proceed further, luckily I am yet to get my clients to deposit money in FXTM. (I manages small fund, but considered to explore strategy manager system in FXTM)

1. The response even through live chat is very slow. Whereby most answers are just standard copy paste reply. It makes me feel like it is very hard to get even just some quick and simple answer from FXTM.

2. I have sent a few email to FXTM support, but still no reply after quite a while:

3. My mistake for not checked throughout their trading conditions before going live, but the spreads are MASSIVE, up to almost 6 pips in some cross pair eg: EURAUD,(compared to my other broker 1.7-1.9 pip) it is not even exotic pair. Heck I can even try to create synthetic pair and have lesser spread. EURUSD spread is quite high too, 2 pip - 2.2 pip. This makes FXTM basically not suitable for scalping at all. All these bonus and promotion does not make up for the fee I paid in spreads. I might check the ECN account to see if things could be better, highly doubt so.

4. I am afraid that my clients will get huge slippage from copying my trades, only 1 way to find out, but how can I be comfortable to recommend my friends and clients to FXTM with these performance? I am still a bit hopeful as I like the strategy manager system, and I hope this is just a lapse in FXTM service.

Loving the fast service
I am with fxtm from almost 2 years. I have earner 7 times more thn I have deposited and all withdrawn successfully with no issue. Now they counted me as VIP client and I have my personal manager who daily calls me if I have an issue. I do not know why so many bad reviews here lol and thats true that most of the loosers will submit reviews and the Lions are busy n hunting cash :) if I face any issue in future I will share.

Normal broker, but they have very high swap rates.
Ex if I keep open EURUSD 0.3 lot trade for week, they add around - $75 swap fees. I think they are not suitable for swing trading at all.

Super happy so far... Don't screw it up FXTM!
So far so good - account # 1127450 and have been trading on here for a couple weeks now and haven't encountered one issue. I've seen a lot of the bad reviews, but I would urge people to remember that users are more likely to leave reviews if they're angry - whether or not FXTM was in the wrong. From the looks of it, FXTM doesn't seem to be hiding or cowering, and they're trying their best to address concerns.
I really have nothing bad to say about FXTM - I set my account up, paid with Bitcoin, and within 48 hours, I was set up for trading on MT4.

As long as withdrawals go smoothly, and as long as they don't make that process difficult, I'll be a happy customer!

first i choose forextime and deposit 150$ i maked 88$ profit in 2 day and withdraw .

FXTM made fake promises and closed trades
My Account Number is 1112180 and i have been trading with FXTM for just over a month.
I have numerous issues till now.

First, It's very hard to get in touch with my Accounts Manager (Nishant Dudey). Even if i call customer services, i get a response that he is busy or not available and no one else can call me either. If i call him, he disconnects my calls.

Second, When i opened the account, i was promised that loyalty bonus of $2 per standard lot trade and i haven't seen anything yet. I raised a ticket as well, however no response on it. Ticket number 2018101910006746 and its been oer 2 weeks.

Third, I had a trade open (order number 2019241151). The order was in profit and i had a trailing stop active, which was triggered as well. Now the deal cannot go in loss as the trailing stop is active and triggered. After 15 minutes i see the deal is closed in loss. Now sure how that is even possible. I have a ticket opened for that as well and as always no proper response (Ticket number 2018101610003174).

Fourth, I spoke to my accounts manager as i am not getting proper response and i want escalate it to Mr Junaid Tamboli as Nation Head he should what's happening. My accounts manager promised that he will get a callback to me from him, as he was not comfortable sharing his email address and nothing since then.

I used to think that for first few months at least i'll be treated good and all this is happening. If service is bad in just one month, not sure what future holds.

They rejected two times money withdrawal because i choose to withdraw USD and not in EUR when at the withdrawal procedure they give the option to choose EUR or USD. My account was in USD but they didn' t have conversion the USD in EUR so i contacted them back and ask how i will convert USD in EUR when you don't have conversion tool? I find a fast solution by myself opening an account in EUR and transfering the USD to EUR account. After i did again the withdrawal request and quess. ... they charged me around $52 because i open new account and they should close it so to not be active. I am wondering how Cysec in Cyprus check for normal operation of forex brokers. This makes me to not trust even Cysec. I must mention in past CYsec had IronFx to function normally when was classified as scam from many sites.

We have found that, although your most recent deposit was made in EUR, the trading account was denominated in USD. As previously mentioned, when you place a withdrawal through our mobile application, it needs to be done in the currency that the trading account is denominated and not from a different currency.

Furthermore, please note that the amount of 52 USD that you have mentioned is the exchange rate difference due to the transfer of your funds from a USD denominated trading account into a EUR denominated trading account. Investment accounts on FXTM are scams!
I decided to join fxtm trading with my money...and within less than a week I've lost most of it... Now I understand Theres risks to trading but this is very suspicious. Here you can invest in investor accounts ( copy trading accounts)

Firstly I decided to invest in "Jojy" copy trading account. For 6 consecutive months he has made about 6000% profit (I know...unbelievable)...the day I decide to invest with him he plummets more than 5000%.

OK so I think maybe its a coincidence.

I decide to invest money into "Moneypower" copy trading account...he has continuously made profit for 1 whole year...the day I invest in him he plummets down 1200%!

You see the unimaginable coincidence of both these incidents happening only when i decide to invest.

I contacted FXTM support and they just put it down to hard luck...more like scamming to me

Just would like to give my views.
I have been with FXTM for almost 2 years and so far withdrawals are good for my CENT and STANDARD account. The only issue I had is when they keep asking me to resend the bank statement or picture of my credit card during withdrawals and deposits, but got rectified when I told them that I have sent it multiple times and that they can get it from my previous uploads. Since then no more bank or credit card verification, deposit after is smooth and quite fast, though withdrawals still takes almost a week which I guess is standard for every broker.

Scammed by fxtm
One star for shot service. I lost lots of money. Every time I deposit they automatically open position on my behave and also they manipulate the figures. I have two accounts with different trading account and I always open same position at the same time and I would win on the other lose at fxtm. I have complaint but they are telling me about the ip address. I have provided them with all my IP address and claim that I use VPN and I dont. They make excuses and I have send them proof but no solution to how I will get my funds back . Its scam they make sure that you lose money and they know that you will put more to make up and you lose more. I hate them. Fxtm is a scam dont join them . Acc 1105340

Awful. Was pressured badly into joining. Got told I would have help (didn't tell me it would cost another £250 minimum for the help). Was also told money in my account was mine and could withdraw at any time. I have been trying to withdraw money for over 4 weeks. ALL my emails are being ignored and number supplied does not exist!!! Hi friends I want to tell them my experience with the broker FXTM,
I did made deposits around $500 and I did withdrawals and so I deposited again and I withdrawals again and so for two years,

I never problems to request my withdrawal and they paid me instantly.
I did see the terms of risk and it speak about that FXTM is not responsible of errors in the conection of orders.

I think if they read of the terms you will see that is not scam because we accept of terms.

But with respect of the spreads is other thing, I think that FXTM could be better with respect spreads in the special in Cent Accounts and ECN accounts

Mar 1, 2017 - 4 Stars Excellent broker. withdrawals very very fast in minutes, low deposits and free fees in deposit and withdrawals in some Wallets for example Neteller.

In LATAM ping is 189 ms is acceptably ,support in much idioms.

Don't make a deposit in this broker they will scam you. they increase the spread and the slippage is very high during the news event. if you value your money don't make a deposit.

Nov 15, 2017 - 1 Star stay away from this broker there are scammers. I traded here in FXTM for almost 1year my but this month they f*** my account they controlling my trades. I set my buy order but they triggered the buy limit. and also if I set my buy order during the news my buy order is sliding up to 300pips or more so you will not get profits from this. I am very angry with FOREXTIME

Beware, you will loose all your money and they know how to make all your money to negative balance and loot it very cunning way.

Apr 18, 2018 - 1 Star I have opened account on the 12 of December 2017, they have scammed 4637+profit and bonus from me by 1 January. They looted all my money by fake stop-out. My trading account number is ECNZero2082666, the stop out and the spread was manipulative. when i am keeping watching they delete my openings.They manipulatively make the spread high delete and scam the funds deposited. I need all my money back and i am going to file a case here. informed three times giving them time for the last 3 months. Not yet returned my money. they dispute their own technical analyses. Untrustworthy and S scammers not recommend at all.

Apr 17, 2018 - 1 Star ForexTime(FXTM) scammed all money deposited 4637$ with in 20 days. They make the spread high to make the spread high and stop-out them and scam and rob the money. I opened ECN zero account 2082666. No one should trade with them. Not only my money but they looted my profit. Do not recommend at all. i requested my money 3 times not yet received. will be filing a case here.

If you're looking to trade with FXTM, please consider carefully the PRO and CONS.
Positiv:
+ Money is credited nearly instantly into the trading account. (don't know yet how fast I can transfer it back)

Negativ:
- Lagging at certain times of each day for at least 1-2 hours subsequently (MO-FR)
- S/L get frequently cleared without hitting and resulting in LOSS
- T/P are frequently ignored which results in LOSS once the market reverses
- You might wait for ages until you get an (non automated) response even by using the client inquiry form. Not to mention about refunds.
- Floating SPREADS which are HUUGE and can increase as much as they like covered by their T&C's

Trades did not close at TP
I am surprised by the number of complaints and bad reviews. I am a new user of FXTM and i am still using their services. I have yet to make any withdrawals so far, but their deposit methods are convenient and it went on smooth. I have not experienced anything out of the norm, except that my trades doesn't close at Take Profit, hence market reversal and i lose the money instead of getting the profit. Not once nor twice, yet numerous times.

Bad company playing with prices
I've been with them for years and for the first time I rate them bad. They manipulate your trade and your stop-loss. I've often noticed a lot of loss in my account and wondered why so I decided to watch every single candle activity and guess what, they close your trade even if you are in profit and they make it look like yous stop-loss was touched. I sent my screen to them and complained, nothing was done about it. Don't ever make the mistake of depositing your money here they are just criminals in disguise, you will never prosper in this brokers platform
also when you sent email to them with issues they excused that provider I had many screen shut with them about how they hit Stop out even prices on low with spreads 60 point one deal to stop you out
Run away from them donot trade with them take care

price manipulation
just checked GBPCHF crashed about 60 pips before it came back to original price on Jan 26 2018.(check 1 hour and 4 hour chart) , but when i checked on other site the price did not even crashed like that. I've been with them for years and for the first time I rate them bad. They manipulate your trade and your stop-loss. I've often noticed a lot of loss in my account and wondered why so I decided to watch every single candle activity and guess what, they close your trade even if you are in profit and they make it look like yous stop-loss was touched. I sent my screen to them and complained, nothing was done about it. Don't ever make the mistake of depositing your money here they are just criminals in disguise, you will never prosper in this brokers platform

1. Spreads on ECN Zero account are really huge, and they increase even more after the NY trading session closes.

2. During economic announcements the platform usually freezes, so you do not know what's happening with your orders or positions.

3. I've noticed that when I place an order, the platform EACH AND EVERY SINGLE TIME increases the spread by a lot just to touch the line of my orders and open a position.

4. Minimum size of many instruments, like Brent, crude, gas start at 0.10 lots,

Definitely do not recommend this pseudo broker.

Dec 17, 2017 - 2 Stars The spreads are really huge and are even widened during night and news announcements. I have registered now with a different broker, and they have significantly lower spreads. I will not trade with ForexTime anymore.

Its been 3 months and a week now with out the funds i had made a withdrawal on the 1st of September and it doesnt look the is any way forward on this matter and they have been requesting a lot of things which actually the bank has given them which is a proof that the funds are not there i guess i should contact fsb now and other regulators about this cause forextime doesnt want to help out at all

Oct 19, 2017 - No Rating Account no 50215331 i 'm Currently having problem with Forextime on the 1st of September 2017 I made a withdrawal of 2500 dollars after 2 weeks i had still not received funds on my bank account I contacted them regarding this then they sent me an Arn no i then contacted the bank which then the bank said they can't track the funds they need an Mt103 swift no then I went back to Forextime to request the Mt103 after few days they came back with a story that they need a letter of non receivale of funds in order to provide me with the Mt 103 which I actually didn't understand that why in the first place they needed a letter from me in order to be able to get the mt103 swift i then went to the bank more than 2 times which actually the bank said they don't provide such they provide only statements which is a confirmation that funds are not there...the bank provided me with the statements which showed that the funds were not there i sent the statements to Forextime then they promised to sort it out After a few days they came up again with the letter story and now still no one looks as if is willing to help....can Forextime come forward and explain this cause I don't think they did send the funds because if they had sent them they would have sent me longtime ago

Really bad broker who manipilates your trade.
Watch out! Big Scammer!
Over the last week all my trades have ended in loses and when i trace back i found that my trades were taken out on stop loss when they should have hit past the take profit. But the trades were not taken out on profit. When i asked them, they say it is the LP and market volatility. Bunch of cr**. Please stay away from this nonsense broker.

This is a broker I had an account briefly and things seemed ok until it seemed like my stops were getting hit more liberally than they should. Checked their license and found it's an IFSE license--one of the poor licenses among brokers, based in Belize. Can't trust a dealing desk broker with ones of these kinds of regulatory licenses-- too much fishy stuff that could be happening that's too hard to prove.

Misappropriation Of Money
I met a lady in Facebook .. She asked me to manage 20% of my account. On their recommendation an account was set up with FXTM and equipped with 3,000 €. Another account with AAAFX with 489.91 € was also entrusted to her. I thought that I can do something like this, since they can not stand the credit and can get their 20% commission only about me. Initially, it acted reasonably and achieved profits with small lots. Suddenly she acted great lotts and drove the account against the wall. She says she works on 200 accounts.
Now I have the suspicion that she is with the broker FXTM under a blanket and has made an agreement to make the accounts flat, since the broker is the main winner of this action. She wrote me orginal text:

Sory ,, i was in big trouble so i traded big lots for ib comisons ... i wanted to pay credit card bills
So ,, realy sorry ,, trust me, i will trade ur triplea account and recover all losses

High slippage and Stop hunt on all the trades. They must be using illegal admin plugins in their MT4. Metaquote software is not reliable anymore since there are more illegal admin plugins use by many FX Brokers.

FXTM provides one of the worst available conditions for trading!
I have tried 23 different brokers (20 demos & 3 live) and found FXTM one of the worst one.
I nearly doubled my other 2 live accounts (even 3 times I doubled 3 demo account of FXTM), but I got stopped-out several times on my FXTM live account in the same time!!!
When it comes to the real money, they arm themselves for you ;)

Here are what I found interesting during my 1 year+ experience with FXTM:

1- Different chart data
There are several long wicks on some candles that you can’t see in any other broker or Treading View’s chart. (They acknowledge this “… prices may significantly differ from broker to broker as Forex Market is decentralized and each broker may have its own pool of Liquidity Providers… ”)
2- Wobbling of spreads
For a particular pair, for example, they say minimum spread is 1.1 and average spread is 1.2 but actually the minimum spread is 2.0 and even you can’t see this spread for few seconds, it’s changing rapidly all the time.
3- Margin / leverage adjustment during open/close sessions, news and weekends.
3 hours before closing of Friday session, they double margin requirements (this caused me margin call while my margin level was %500)
4- Ridicules widening of spreads
Sometimes widening of their spread during news events, reaches to 10 times higher and can hit your stop-loss or even stop you out.
5- The margin requirements differ for different instruments
6- Restriction of trade (and frozen charts) 10 min before market close and 15 minutes on opening (Monday session).
7- Disconnecting from server few times a day, especially during news event or volatile market conditions.
8- Not real “Swap Free” accounts
Swap-free was for 14 days but they reduced to 7 days only, after 7 days they start deducting the swap directly from your balance every night –even when position is still open.
Trade on exotic pairs with swap free account is disabled.
9- Limited chart / data on demo accounts.
10- There are fees for Deposit and Withdraw.
11- Robotic support / live chat
They don’t read or care what you’re typing or asking, they just copy and paste pre-defined answers.

On the 3rd March, 2017 at about 07:23:49 local time, i took a position to sell Silver at a price level of 17.741 with ticket number 1811557456 on a lots size of 0.1 and a total of $687.50 was automatically deducted from my trading account size of just $760 and thereafter i was immediately cutoff from the market meaning that the position i hope to sell Silver was not approve while charges on spread/commission was debited

Worst broker. They have every tool to make you loose the trade. Stop loss hunter, Your mt4 login will be delayed when your account is in draw down. Trades will be closed on the worst possible price. Don't use them at all. In short they technically do all the unethical things to make you loose the trade.

Withdrawing experience
Been with FXTM for the past couple of years now. I originally used Skrill on my first account, but after realising how unreliable Skrill were I moved away from Skrill. I stayed with FXTM of course. After having a horrendous issue with my bank where they froze my account I asked if I could have my funds transferred to another account.

My account manager Peter Daniel helped me with the process and after supplying documentation showing my bank account was frozen the funds were transferred to another account in my name quickly.

Cannot thank Peter and the team enough for helping me during this hard time and I look forward to working with these guys more in the future. I also have an account with Pepperstone and have to wait unfortunately another 30 days before I can withdraw to another bank.

At 03.31am UTC/GMT+7, November 16th 2016, I deposited US$400 into my FXTM account, and I've got a sms notification from HSBC for that transaction as proof of time the bank processes that transaction.

Mysteriously that transaction has stayed pending until 08:00pm UTC/GMT+7 same day at FXTM, after got home from office I was very shock knowing my transaction status stayed pending from early morning until that moment and I immediately reported to live chat person about that problem, if not so, I believe my account would have been wiped out with that kind of service. That unacceptable processing time of the transaction has costed me US$2273 with total 3 positions been stopped out at 09:24:43am; 09:24:46am; and 09:29:40am system time same day.

All of them are USDJPY pair with sell position, from 09:24:43am to 01:10:00pm system time that pair went up for approximately 57 pips and then dropped 120 pips from that moment to 03:05:00am November 17th 2016, system time. I am sure that if my US$400 deposit was processed without 17 hours delay, my positions would have not stopped out with that price chart condition.

I've submitted my enquiry about this problem and they denied and refused to take responsibility as they said they do nothing wrong.

Nov 25, 2016 - 1 Star The FIRST and the WORST broker I've ever experiences since my first trading. I deposited certain amount to increase the margin levels. My deposit has been delayed on purpose for more than 12 hours, yes more than 12 hours to process a deposit!!! as the result I lost more than US$2000 with 3 positions been stopped out due to margin call. I've submitted my request about this problem and the excuse they gave was ridiculous, they said they need time to check my transaction while it was not my first time depositing using my credit card!! the previous time it only took 15 minutes process my deposit, same credit card. At the end they refuse to take responsibility and claim that they did not do anything wrong. I've checked the price chart of the pair position got stopped out, if my deposit arrived on time like 15 to 30 mins as usual I wound not have lost my money. In this situation can I sue them or can I directly contact their regulator, I've got all evidence from bank statement and deposit history? Please give me some advice, really appreciate.

I am a really bad trader. I lose money and keep losing. They care about me and give me some psoitive motivation via email. FXTM regularly makes webinar and they really put effort in making their forex school (the education corner) beneficial for us.

I feel that FXTM is care about me so I conclude that FXTM is the real broker that do not oppose your position. They are REAL! not a scammer! I opened a strategy account (PAMM) with ForexTime. I wanna give notice only about the BIG PROBLEM about GBP on 07/10/2016. My scalper expert advisor open trades (ea have stop-loss 28 pips (280pips 5 digit) and 99 pips ( 990 pips 5 digit). Watch the SCREENSHOT about stoploss and ORDER CLOSED, from 150 to 450 pips (5 digit: to 1500 pips to 4500 pips ) HIGH SLIPPAGE.

I can understand a normal slippage during bad moments or news...but 150 to 450 NO!! (1500 to 4500) Im very very ANGRY.

As a complete beginner of few months I have fallen into the common pitfalls dealing with some Forex brokers. Taking many calls from from brokers I had registered with I found a common theme of them trying to get get my deposit as quick as they can and making promises of unrealistic profits.
Today I registered with FXTM and received a call with a hour.
What a breath of fresh air this call was, He offered advice on my registration (if I needed help) with zero pressure. I was advised to learn to use there platform and was advised not to make any deposit until I was ready and even then was only advised to deposit a small amount. I was also offered free education with no deposit.
I will be looking forward to learning there platform and I am leaving this review to hopefully to reach people like my self with little experience in dealing with some of these companies.
Overall I left the call very happy with the advice given.
I am only leaving this a review for the initial contact and registration process.

I am leaving this review as a Partner/IB and not as a trader. I must say, their partnership program is one of the worst I've ever seen. It is dysfunctional! I sent tons of targeted traffic to their site, which converted very badly. I do have a list of referred accounts that show up in my account. Out of them, only 1 trader shows as ever depositing. Now, this one trader who deposited never made a penny of commission for me. I do not know what partner could ever possibly make money with these people. I work with many brokers. They are all better than ForexTime (FXTM)!

I could go on an on about this company. The partnership was bad from the very start. They did not even require me to verify my personal information. When I asked about this, they said I was good to go and start referring traders. It seems as if they had no intention of ever paying me to begin with. Even though they gave me permission to work as a partner and that there would be no restrictions whatsoever. Another example is how I was assigned a new manager the day after I was approved. The original manager mysteriously disappeared. Another thing is that I sent them proof that their partnership was not working correctly and they replied back confirming this is correct and the stats will not show properly in my account. I was told to just wait. To this day, it still doesn't work.

To summarize, I have tons of experience working with other brokers. This one scams their own partners or has a dysfunctional partnership infrastructure. Do not join them as an IB or partner.

I came from a horrible broker before signing up with these guys. Here's what won me over:

- Buttery Smooth registration process, thanks to a well designed website. My only suggestion is that the website does not remember and store the details on what documents were uploaded and retained. It goes blank after staff receive it, but you do get an email confirmation letting you know what the progress with your account is.

- Well designed website. Contrary to other brokers, the members area is equally good, and responsive.

- Many deposit and withdrawal methods, including CC. They've pretty much got all of them covered.

- Good support from rep. They will try to call you and respond to any questions you have. I was impressed.

- Email support is reliable, and response time is quite good.

- Online chat is not online as much as I'd like, but since they are competent, it's not needed as much as my last (failure) broker who needed constant nudging and reminders to do things I requested.

- Quick execution time

- Swap rates are quite low

- Fixed and Variable accounts.


I have yet to withdrawal funds, but have confidence that it will be fine. If not, it's nice to know I can reach out to the REP if needed to assist with issues.

The issue has been SOLVED! FXTIME has paid full amount of rebates to my account. () It was delayed for unknown reasons for me, but in the end I am happy. Trade execution, customer service and other matters deserve full 5 starts. Proper broker.

I dont understand FXTM anymore. Do i call them a scam? i placed 2 trades with this company on eur/usd pair last week thursday i.e 30/10/2014: one was buy stop and the other was a sell stop position. i know my stop loss on the buy stop was hit but the sell stop was not hit on friday 31/10/2014 as they would claim. I sent them a mail telling about the statement of account they sent me that it was incorrect but uptill now there is no replied. i have sent them more than one mail but no reply. I called my account manager"OBASI WILFRED" he told me sent a mail to their support team mail() which i have did more than twice. Here is one of the mail that i sent to them:

This broker is a scam broker and very bad, I saw the advertisement of 200% bonus then I tried to open a real account and deposit $100 they provided me $200, so my equity is $300. After I lost all of my deposit fund $100 and my equity balance is still $200 but they blocked my account and mt account is disable for trade.

I tried many brokers and one of them was fxtm.. i am giving my honest review based on my personal experience.. some people manipulate facts and give false reviews due to competition between brokers.. i assure you i am a simple trader and i am not paid for giving positive comments here.. if anyone wants to know about me can ask for my account history , deposit and withdrawls so that you can trust my opinion. i am happy to provide you all.. i have choosen fxtm over many brokers and i am with them from a good period of time..
i withdrawled so many times and my withdrawl was instantly deposited in my skrill account within an hour... i was never asked why i am withdrawing.. i withdrawled 4 times in 3 weeks without any problem..

regarding comments below i can say that the terms and conditions regarding bonus and commission is very clear.. i have read them understood them and i am very satisfied.. if someone do not want to pay commission , he can open mt5 account which is commission free and very fast platform..
i am just saying all this here cz i see some people are manipulating facts .. i always got the prompt response from the customer service reps with detailed support and assistance..
what i found interesting with this broker is once when i found that my margin is going down and i should deposit instantly to save my opened positions... i deposited and the amount entered in my account instantly although it was middle of the night and in the off hours of office timings.. and i got the required targeted margin..

Trust me if you really want instant deposits and withdrawls, lightning fast execution, news trading, 200% bonus on deposited amount, and last but not the least free trading environment in which you are the boss to take decisions , your platform will never hang , you will not get requotes and you would never be stopped to make profit and also you will never be stopped from withdrawing.. if you can trade wisely and can make profit you will get a very free hand here..

lastly i am challenging anybody here to prove me the employee or paid representative of fxtm.. you can ask the forum moderators about my ip address and location or anything you like...i have deposited more than $10,000$ with this broker and i will invest the same again..

After reading your comment I couldn't stop myself from replying to u Mr Oscar... I strongly condemn your statement regarding requotes when a trader start earning profit.. Besides my ecn mt4 account I opened a standard mt4 account.. I have earned 47% profit and I didn't get a single requote yet.. spreads are very low and execution is pretty fast..
I would suggest traders to try this broker as I tried them on demo account first.. I found the exact conditions when I switched to the live account..its really worth trying...

omar, I dont like to be the negative voice here. I started with FXTM ecn acct, the eurusd spread=1pip today and slapped with 4 cur units of eur as commission (abt usd5) thats 1.5, even worst than ANY major broker's standard acct, except bs brokers

FYI, most stp/ecn brokers, like ExcelMarket, IC Market, Armada (Armada admitted to stp with very tight spreads for ecn, not a true model ecn), have spreads of 0.1-0.5 for eu and added with commission is < 1.0.

No disrespect to any of the commentors here, read other trader's review and explore other brokerage offering and test out their demo accts, than do a more holistic comparison!

FXTM has yet to train their staff to be clear in their explanation, and 2 issues I have brought out which needs looking at
1) FXTM gives new traders 200% bonus. When I ask whether I could use this amt to trade, the answer was YES

CORRECTION: The bonus is added to Free Margin, Margin Required (that is amt required) to open a trade is ALWAYS deducted from BALANCE. It meant I cant used this to open a very much bigger lot, but since its credited into free margin, it meant my margin level % is higher and if there is a higher dd, my acct may not Stop Out Or Get Margin Call so long as it did not exceed those levels

2) The support staff insists that commission is usd4 per lot /RT
CORRECTION: Its 4 CUR units per million, that is, assume u buy eurusd @ 1.3315, its 4eur, or 4*1.3315 or abt usd5 per lot
For GU, its abt usd6 per lot.

Overall my experience with FXTM is VERY VERY VERY negative, and I will NEVER recommend them, especially those who are newbie. The only thing stopping me from giving them 1 star is the fact that FXTM did credit me back for the credit card charges for deposit!

Unless FXTM stepped up not just on their customer service but also on their ecn spreads, I can assure FXTM that they will have traders switching brokerages very much sooner!

Recently I have made a deposit into account but got delay due to using my debit card which is there is no printed name on the card.
After sending few documentation to proof that I am the owner of the card, they processed it. Account funding and received rebates after few hours with the help of their customer representative named Marek and Chevi, many thanks to them.
