AG Markets provides various trading accounts, depending on the initial investment. All of them offer variable spreads, commission-free trading, leverage up to 1:400 and the option to trade in micro lots on the MetaTrader 4 platform.

AG Markets is a Forex and CFD broker that was established in 2013 by its CEO, Carlos Ferrer. It has its headquarters in New Zealand and offices in Mexico.

AG Market is a SCAM!!! , DO NOT INVEST!!!

I started with a Little Investment $1000.00; i was assigned to a Financial advisor called "Wilson Fernandez".
At the begining it was Ok, the earnings seemed legit, so they requested to invest more money.
I invested $1000 more with the promise of a $3000 bonus.
Until then was ok, earnings at good percentage, and the allow me a little withdrawal $134 (so i got confident).
Later, He asked me for another investment $2000.00, so i did it.
Everything was ok, until then, He asked me a big investment, so I did :(, i deposited $10,000.00.
Everything seemed ok, with the percentage of winnings (trades) so he requested another $3000.00.
THEN, My financial advisor then did everything wrong risking all the investment (put transactions with no stop loss); I lost almost everthing.
He said to me, that if i made another deposit, he and his company will recover my money, so, i naively deposited another $1850.00.
He did other transactions and lose all my money, i was never able to talk to him again.
One month later, another financial advisor from the same institution called "Diego Lopez" contacted me. He said that Wilson was fired for all the loses, but the company will take care of the situation (not even close to the truth).
He promised me, that if i deposit a little comission the company will give me back my money, so i deposited another $3500.00.

I invest a total of $24,350 on this company, and i cannot get it back.

Full Scam BEWARE
From May 2015 to November 2018, I have had commercial relationships in a managed AG Markets account, managed by a group of brokers called Ialphagroup.

The results in 3 and a half years have been the following:
Zero return of the money absolutely not a penny and around B / 9000 dollars invested plus 9000 dollars in "bonus"
There is a lot of talk about bonus trading, but it has not been a matter of consolation when you lose both the capital and the money of the broker ... Nobody knows if the company really loses.

Poor tracking and strategy to be taken regarding the handling of the account. In repeated conversations by Skype and writings of the same route we had agreed to withdrawal dates, account management agreements and on anything that would not risk the integrity of the account, which no broker respected.

Poor handling of the pressure or requests of a client, every time he requests to take out my money ... which could never be "strangely" carried out risky operations that took the accounts to zero. The excuse of a broker ... you can not take out the money and the contract provides at least 3 months for a withdrawal ... in my writings I emphasized the birth of my daughter, the death of a friend, various illnesses ... everything was unsuccessful ... In the words of a broker of the Aplha group ... "we are cold-blooded and those issues have nothing to do with our operations" ... and yet almost two years later I still believe that it is a serious company. Neither the Ag markets nor the Alpha group page are answered the many calls and especially when I observe alarmingly the operations that are done or the numerous times that have broken the account. Daniel Perez very salomonically one day in an email he told me in summary that I am not a customer of AG MARKETS and I have an email that confirms it ... in short. I made a contract that basically says AG markets ... but when I ask for help and advice ... well I'm still waiting for Daniel's call ... from Tuesday, August 16, 2016.

Management without any arbitration ... in other words, I have gone from one broker to another, from hand to hand ... all excuses and no real audit of what has happened to my account. I have not been able to talk to any manager or compliance manager or anything that looks like ... and in each conversation each broker is sold as the Master and father of Warren Buffett ... at the end of the day the result is simple ... they have not shown any capacity and they even came up with a phrase and look for certainty: "it would be my word against yours" ... I own every skype conversation and every mail ... besides the history of the handling that has occurred from May 2015 to date ... please use any manager, auditor or authority to review the history of my account operations to see if what I say is contradictory or false.

Define responsibilities of previous acts to other brokers under the same company, stating the premise that it will change with each one ... In summary, I have had exactly 4 brokers to know. Jaime, Victor (which when I stop working I did not know and did not even have the delicacy to tell me who was the one who was going to take care of the account), Sebastian Roma and Gilberto Silva at the end. WARNING BROKER AG MARKETS SCAM
I HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AG MARKETS, DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM THEY ARE A SCAM! The initial proposal is that you invest a small capital and they give you a welcome bonus, they tell you that a Financial Advisor will call you, to teach you how to use your account, that they will send you email alerts every day, that they will give you the financial calendar, etc, etc ... AND NOTHING OF THAT IS TRUE! A Financial Advisor calls you but to insist that you buy shares of Bid Coin, Apple, Amazon, etc ... They insist that you put your credit card and that you will have the inversion and the profit before the date of cutting, until they manage to invest in some company! You have to know that the Financial Advisor has full access to your account ... When I absolutely refused to invest more, They closed all open operations in the account! Stay with zero balance! Tienes que saber que el asesor maneja tu cuenta a su gusto y tiene full acceso hacer lo que quiere… Cuando me negué rotundamente a no invertir más en acciones, me cerraron todas las operaciones abiertas en la cuenta! Quede con saldo cero! Al preguntarle al asesor que sucedió me dice que el mercado esta en riesgo y que mis fondos están en una cuenta de resguardo, ya han pasado mas de dos semanas y NADIE me responde! Dicen ser una empresa regulada por la VFSC y quien es la VFSC? A quien buscas o como denuncias estas cosas? Lo cierto es que te estafan y no hay nadie a quien reclamarle… NO INVIERTAN CON ELLOS!

disse q meus depósitos eram muito pequenos e que para resultados expressivos, teria que fazer mais.
falei com ela cerca de duas semanas atrás, lembrando do fim do meu contrato de 1 ano. ela disse que seriam necessários para resgate, o lançamento de 850 lotes (???) contratuais, sendo que nada disso está no contrato e só foram feitos até o momento, 150 lançamentos.
fiquei indignado! mas a situação piorou, quando fui verificar minha conta semana passada e dos $9661 que constavam, restavam apenas $12.78.
sumiu tudo, inclusive os lançamentos do período de 1 ano.
a explicação: na entativa de cumprir com o contrato, ela fez um lançamento e por causa da desvalorização do dólar perante o euro, PERDI TUDO e que para reaver, teria que fazer novo depósito...
gostaria de saber, se alguém tiver essa informação, de como poderia reaver meu dinheiro!

Te mantienen distraído, y no resuelven nada; al contrario se molestan si les reclamas tus derechos y dinero invertido.

Desde noviembre 2018 soy cliente de AGMarkets, de esa fecha para el día de hoy, de lo invertido desde esa fecha únicamente he podido retirar $150, desde hace dos meses me cambiaron de asesor, el anterior era Wilson Fernández( que lo despidieron supuestamente por rebeldía y mal gestión), actualmente es Diego López, esta persona me solicito depositar mas dinero a la cuenta, supuestamente como pago de una penalización que siriviría para poder retirar todo mi capital invertido, hace dos meses que me he contactado con el y la empresa por diferentes medios, y no me resuelven o se hacen indiferentes; hasta el día de hoy mi supuesto asesor decidió no llevar mi caso, dejandolo sin resolver. Al parecer es una empresa que se dedica a estafar y engañar a sus clientes, ofreciendo ganancias y demás, que al final nunca te contestan y se apropian de tu capital y ganancias.

No estoy pudiendo retirar fondos de mi cuenta a ag markets, espero respuesta y nada

Despues de casi 2 semanas me reponde el asesor financiero de ag markets, quien me dice que en mi cuenta activa, en la que hay beneficio de 22.900$ hay un capital de 20.500$ mi deposito fue de 4.500$ hay una operacion abierta con una perdida de 2.800$ y me dice que en caso de cerrar esta operacion, me voy a quedar sin un solo centavo en mi cuenta, porfavor, ni un tonto puede creer eso, es una simple maña para pedir mas dinero y no devolverme el capital que inverti hace ya casi 5 meses, y todavia no tengo un solo retiro autorizado por ellos.
Somos varias personas afectadas por este broker.

No se supone que tendrian que dar una buena atencion a sus clientes.
Solo quiero recuperar la inversion que hice, no estoy pidiendo algo que no me corresponde, tengo una cuenta activa con AGMarkets con beneficios y en mi contrato indica que puedo hacer retiros despues de 3 meses y yo ya llevo mas de 4 meses con ellos.

Lastimosamente los de AG Markets no se pronunciaron para mi solicitud de retiro, no veo porque no quieren devolverme el capital que inverti, el asesor me dice que existen pre operaciones efectuadas por un anterior asesor y no se las puede cancelar, que se iran abriendo de manera automatica, hasta que me quede sin patrimonio en mi cuenta???

withdrawal problems

The only option they give me is that I deposit more money, but it happened previously that due to bad handling they did I had to deposit again, and unfortunately I did not solve anything .. I already wrote them emails and they do not give me another solution, they want me to deposit again...

Hopefully they could be forced to fulfill the contract and respond to their negligence.

Hace 6 meses que invertí con AG Markets y hasta el momento no he podido retirar dinero, ni ganancias ni capital. No hacen efectiva mi solicitud de retiro cuando si hay ganancias, no veo por qué no quieren ni devolver el capital que invertí, el asesor me dice que hay operaciones previas llevadas a cabo por un asesor anterior y que no pueden cancelarse, que se abrirá de manera automática, hasta que me quede sin capital en mi cuenta. Lo peor es que yo nunca pude hacer un retiro de mi cuenta.

La única opción que me dan es que deposite más dinero, pero ya paso anteriormente que por malos manejos que ellos hicieron tuve que volver a depositar, y lamentablemente no solucione nada.. Ya les escribi correos y no me dan otra solución, quieren que deposite nuevamente...

Ojalá se les pudiera obligar para que cumplan el contrato y respondan su negligencia.

Cualquier cosa nueva los mantendre informados.

Scammers
I trade with Ag-Market from 08.2014. I trade myself. without advisor . June 25, 2018, I closed all the deals and asked for withdrawal of funds. amount of 1452 USD 07/02/2018 they hacked my account and started making transactions. In two hours they killed my account. there are 13 dollars left on the account.
it's scammers. they will never give you your money.
I did not even think that this could be.

They show you in numbers that your account is growing, when you want to make a withdrawal they give you many pretexts, in the end if you insist on making the withdrawal from one day to the other they make you break the account even if they have been asked not to operate. The ag-markets company is a scam. You have to file a formal complaint.

Te muestran en números que tu cuenta esta creciendo, cuando quieres hacer un retiro te ponen muchos pretextos, al final si insistes en hacer el retiro de un día para el otro te hacen quebrar la cuenta aunque se les haya pedido no operar. La empresa ag-markets es una estafa. Hay que presentar una denuncia formal.

I receve my deposit, but what happens is not a good indication.

Dec 13, 2017 - 1 Star I have a problem with this broker, i try to withdraw my money but they say that is not possible because i don t meet the 600 lots condition to withdraw the money.
Everybody can see in the broker conditions in the site that don t exist.
How can anybody trade 600lots just to withdraw the money that deposit.
I hope that this was a big mistake, but for now this is a big SCAM company.
If this will be resolved i post in here.
